‘Fitness and nutrition are my main passions & hobbies. I have been a member of different gyms for 10+ years and for the first 6-7 years I only did cardio based training and didn’t really take note of nutrition, so my body stayed consistent.
Only the past 3-4 years I have incorporated weight training, whilst keeping some cardio in my plan and paying more attention to nutritional requirements and macros.
Since combining these things and educating myself, over time I have seen big improvements in my body. I am now stronger than ever and leaner than ever too!
